LARMO was also asked to become a founding member of the network&#8217;s North Africa and the Middle East office.<\/p>\n<p>This decision was reached during the organization\u2019s General Assembly meeting- held in Madrid, Spain, on October 19-20, 2022, with LARMO\u2019s Director General, Dr. Mohamad Ramadan Mensli attending.<\/p>\n<p>CARIN\u2019s permanent secretariat is located at Europol&#8217;s headquarters in The Hague, Netherlands.
