Today marks one year since the tragic event that struck the city of Derna, bringing back the depth of pain and sorrow we have all endured. On this occasion, the Libyan Asset Recovery & Management Office (LARMO) extends its heartfelt condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims and those affected.

Over the past year, the people of Libya have demonstrated remarkable solidarity and unity, which has helped mitigate the impact of this disaster. Today, we remember all those we have lost and express our gratitude to everyone who provided aid and relief. The memories of Derna remain in our hearts, and we will continue to work towards a better future for all.

The challenges we have faced during this difficult time have only strengthened our resolve to rebuild and foster hope for the future. On this anniversary, we reaffirm our commitment to supporting the city of Derna and its residents in every step towards recovery and growth.
