On Thursday, November 14th a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Libyan Asset Recovery and management Office (LARMO), and the International Language College, aimed at enhancing the efficiency of the office’s employees in various fields. This agreement seeks to improve the linguistic and administrative skills of the staff, contributing to the overall performance of the office.

Representatives from both sides attended the signing ceremony, where they confirmed the importance of collaboration in achieving common goals and exchanging expertise. The memorandum is expected to include specialized training programs and workshops aimed at developing the essential skills of employees, including enhancing their capabilities and mastering the English language.

During the same event, certificates of completion for the English language course were awarded to trainees who successfully finished the program. This recognition reflects the office’s commitment to developing the capabilities of its employees and improving their skills in line with international requirements.

This initiative is part of ongoing efforts to enhance the efficiency of Libyan institutions and elevate performance levels in accordance with international standards.
