Director General of LARMO Mohamed Mensli had reiterated the focus on enhancing the technical, particularly linguistic, capabilities of the office staff. This directive aligns with the policy adopted to support and empower Libyan personnel in managing complex files according to international standards and mechanisms, and especially in the English language.

This message was delivered during the graduation ceremony of a batch of trained employees, as the development of linguistic and technical capabilities is considered a fundamental requirement for enhancing the office’s performance and in achieving success dealing with international challenges .
