In a significant step towards strengthening counterterrorism and anti-money laundering efforts, Mr. Mohamed Mensli, the Director General of LARMO signed a memorandum of understanding with the Libyan Center for Counterterrorism, led by Major General Mohamed Bashir Salah .The agreement aims to enhance joint cooperation and capacity building in counterterrorism, money laundering, and the recovery of illegally obtained funds.

During the signing ceremony, Mr. Mohamed Mensli emphasized the importance of partnership with the Libyan Center for Counterterrorism in achieving security and economic objectives. “This agreement represents a decisive step towards unifying our efforts and enhancing our collective capabilities in addressing security and financial challenges.”

Major General Mohamed Bashir Salah, on his part, affirmed the vital role of this cooperation in enhancing Libyan national security. “We are committed to working closely (LARMO) to achieve our shared goals in combating terrorism financing and money laundering.”
