the Libyan Asset Recovery and management Office ((LARMO))and the Libyan National Security Council ((LNSC)) have signed a memorandum of understanding and cooperation . Signed on Thursday, March 7, 2024, by Mr. Mohamed Ramadan Mensli, Director General of the Libyan Asset Recovery Office, and Mr. Ibrahim Abu Shnaff, head of the Libyan National Security council, the memorandum aims to bolster relations and address mutual concerns.

Through this memorandum, both parties commit to an exchange of information and collaborative efforts on shared issues. This initiative is expected to make significant strides in the recovery of stolen funds and assets, marking a critical step towards enhancing economic stability and security within Libya.
